Bear performance

9.04.2010
Tartu, Estonia
Theatrum ex Machina
Piret Karro, Oliver Taul, Martin Teder

When the last play of a youth theater festival had ended, two bear-headed creatures stood up from the last row, continued to the wardrobe, put on their coats, and walked through the town center in a slow pace. They behaved as regular theater audience, carrying on with their daily activities, but receiving more attention from town folk than regular people. The aim of the performance was to bring theater into public space, shifting the border between the stage (conventional space) and regular space.
